text input: Reset hints when text input gone

This ensures that when the keyboard is force brought up next time, the user is not stuck with an overlay they can't switch. As a downside, there's a blink of default hint before the keyboard hides.

Like the DE layout, and unlike the US layout, the CZ layout has a comma key and a narrower space bar. The added comma key also serves as a visual balance to the added accents key, to keep the spacebar centered. The layouts have been tested manually on PinePhone.
